The person behind the project

I’m Nick.
Hannah’s dad.

Writer · Executive producer
Creative director of 30V30

After losing my daughter Hannah in May 2026, I began writing through sleepless nights. Memories, questions, faith, anger, and love found their way into words—and then into songs.

One dad. One iPhone. One song that became an album. Out There Planting Flowers is a journal of grief and love, released under the name 30V30.

Hannah was a teacher who made people feel like they mattered. This project carries something of her into the world: through music that helps someone feel less alone, through the stories we keep sharing, and through a scholarship that helps others serve.

30V30 · A project of grief and love

Songs born of grief.
Written in love.

Country songs about the places loss shows up: the dinner table, the school hallway, the drive home, the Sunday service, and the quiet moments no one else sees.

The stories and creative direction are mine. AI-assisted music production helps turn them into recordings. My role is writing, shaping the sound, and making the final creative choices.

Others by the lives they change.”

Forever missed.
Forever Hannah.

Hannah taught second grade at Borden Elementary. She led worship, loved her family, and had a quiet way of helping people feel seen, welcomed, and loved.
